1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Sentria LTD (identification number 406504689, Apartment N112, N36B Moscow Avenue, Samgori district, Tbilisi 0137, Georgia; "Sentria", "we", "us"). They apply to our websites (sentria.dev and games.sentria.dev) and to the apps and games we publish ("apps"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Our websites

Our websites are provided for information about Sentria and our products. Please don't misuse them, for example by trying to break their security, overload them or scrape them in bulk.

3. Apps and games

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. Apps are licensed, not sold.

App store terms

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If there's a conflict about how you obtain, pay for or install an app, Apple's terms win. Apple isn't responsible for our apps or for supporting them.

Apple Arcade

If we publish a game on Apple Arcade, access to it depends on your Apple Arcade subscription, which Apple sells and manages; if the subscription ends or a game leaves Apple Arcade, you may lose access to it. Apple Arcade games don't contain ads or in-app purchases.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering an app or a feature, for example to fix bugs, keep it secure or comply with the law. Some features need an internet connection, and online features may be retired with reasonable notice.

4. In-app purchases and virtual items

• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple under the App Store's terms. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy.
• Virtual currency and items (such as coins, gems, boosts or cosmetic items) give you a limited licence to use them in the app. They have no monetary value and can't be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
• If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we'll help.

5. Fair play

When using our apps and websites, you agree not to:

• cheat, use bots or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage, or to obtain virtual items you didn't earn or buy;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or modify our apps, except where the law expressly allows it;
• interfere with our servers, other players or anyone's use of our services;
• harass others or share unlawful or offensive content where an app allows communication between players;
• use our apps or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Our content

Our websites, apps and games, including their code, artwork, music, text and the Sentria name and logo, belong to Sentria LTD or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond the licence above. Third-party components are used under their own licences.

7. Ads and third-party services

Some free games show ads served by Google AdMob, and our apps may link to third-party services. We aren't responsible for third-party content, products or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer

We work hard to make our websites and apps reliable and fun, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that they will always be available, error-free or suitable for your particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sentria LTD isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to our websites or apps is limited to the amount you paid us for the app or purchase concerned in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using our websites and apps and delete our apps at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 6, 8, 9 and 12) survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the affected app or on this site before they take effect. If you keep using our services after that, the updated terms apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring claims in your local courts. We'd always prefer to sort things out informally first, so please contact us.
