Privacy Policy
The short version
- Our websites use no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers.
- When you email us, we use your message only to reply.
- Our apps contain no third-party analytics or tracking tools. Some free games show ads from Google AdMob; personalised ads and tracking only happen with your permission. Any games we publish on Apple Arcade will have no ads.
- Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your card details.
- We don't sell your personal data. You can ask us to access or delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Sentria LTD ("Sentria", "we", "us") handles personal data. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Sentria LTD, identification number 406504689Apartment N112, N36B Moscow Avenue, Samgori district, Tbilisi 0137, Georgia
Email: hello@sentria.dev · Phone: +995 557 311 444
2. What this policy covers
It applies to our websites (sentria.dev and games.sentria.dev) and to the apps and games we publish on the Apple App Store, including Apple Arcade ("apps"). If we publish on other platforms, we'll update this policy first.
3. Our websites
Visiting the site
To deliver pages, our web server necessarily processes your IP address and basic request information (such as your browser type and the page requested). We don't keep access logs. Error logs, which can contain an IP address, are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
The sites don't use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own servers, so loading a page doesn't send your data to third parties.
If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It's never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Contacting us
The contact form doesn't send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. When you email or call us, we receive your name, email address or phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to reply and to handle your request.
4. Our apps and games
Our apps don't include third-party analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools. The only third-party SDK they may contain is Google AdMob, which shows ads in some free games. Apart from that, our apps involve personal data only in the ways described below. Each app's App Store listing shows exactly which data that app collects. If we add another service to an app, we'll update this policy and the listing before releasing that version.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card details or your Apple Account details. Apple gives us transaction information (such as the product, date, price, country and a purchase identifier) so we can deliver what you bought, restore purchases and keep the records accounting law requires.
Crash reports and statistics from Apple
If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers on your device (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements › Share With App Developers), Apple provides us with crash reports and usage statistics, such as how many people use an app, on which devices and iOS versions, and for how long. Apple sends us this information in aggregated or de-identified form, so we can't tell who you are. We use it only to fix problems and improve our apps. You can turn sharing off at any time in the same setting.
Other Apple features an app may use, such as Game Center or iCloud, are provided by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Some free games show ads provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and prevent fraud, Google may process your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking), your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device information (such as model, iOS version and language), your interactions with ads, and diagnostic data about the ad SDK. We don't receive this data ourselves; AdMob only gives us aggregated reports, such as how many ads were shown. Google explains how it uses this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- Personalised ads and tracking happen only with your permission. We ask through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we also ask through Google's consent screen before personalised ads are shown.
- If you don't allow tracking, the advertising identifier isn't available to us or Google, and you'll see non-personalised ads based on context (such as the app you're using and your general location). Ad performance may still be measured through Apple's privacy-preserving attribution technology (SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit), which doesn't identify you.
- You can change your choice at any time in the app's privacy settings (where available) or under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Apple Arcade
If we publish a game on Apple Arcade, it will contain no ads and no in-app purchases. Your Apple Arcade subscription is sold and managed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. As with our other apps, we may receive crash reports and statistics from Apple if you've chosen to share them.
5. Why we use your data (legal bases)
- To provide what you asked for (performance of a contract): delivering apps and purchases, and answering your messages.
- Our legitimate interests: keeping our websites and apps secure and working, fixing crashes and improving our products, and showing non-personalised ads that fund free apps.
- Your consent: personalised advertising and tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time; this doesn't affect processing that took place before.
- Legal obligations: for example keeping financial records.
6. Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Hosting: Amazon Web Services (servers in Ireland, EU).
- Email: Namecheap (Private Email), for messages you send us.
- App distribution and payments: Apple.
- Advertising: Google (AdMob), in free games that show ads. See the Google Privacy Policy. If we add another ad network, we'll name it here before an app shows its ads.
Google may use the data it receives as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside Georgia and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
8. How long we keep data
- Emails and support requests: as long as needed to handle your request, then for up to 3 years in case you contact us again, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Crash reports and statistics from Apple: no longer than 14 months.
- Advertising data: we don't hold it; Google keeps it according to its own privacy policy. Our aggregated AdMob reports contain no personal data.
- Purchase and accounting records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of some U.S. states (such as California) can also opt out of the "sharing" of personal data for targeted advertising. You can do this by declining tracking as described in section 4, or by contacting us.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@sentria.dev. We'll reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, for example by asking which app the request is about.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Georgia, the Personal Data Protection Service; in the EEA or UK, the authority in the country where you live or work.
10. Children
Our apps and games are not directed at children under 13, or the higher age of digital consent that applies in your country (up to 16 in the EEA). We don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Security
We protect data with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and keeping the data we collect to a minimum. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change, and change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is significant, we'll also tell you in the affected app or on this site.
13. Contact
